If they're hidden you can just throw them into a simple JavaScript function to hide/display depending on which link is clicked. If you want to get into loading specific WordPress pages, then you need to go read about AJAX. I highly suggest learning jQuery, it'll save you tons of time, because only an idiot writes an XHR library from scratch any more.
